Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Please check our Return Policy
Please read and follow the below return instructions carefully:
1, Use link of our Evri Return Portal below to create a prepaid return label or QR code.
2, If there are more than one order/item to return, please put all order numbers or order IDs in the order ID field on the return page and put them into one bag. You can only create one return label for all items you would like to return, even if you have more than one order to return. Additional return labels may be charged.
3, For customers purchased our products from websites other than this website, we ONLY accept return of FS Collection items. Please do NOT send other items back with this label or you will be charged.
4, Please include the invoice/delivery note in the package so that our team can pick it up. Or it may fail the refund as we may not be able to locate your order
5, Please follow the return instructions on the return portal. You will have a QR code to print a label from a parcelshop or locker, or you can print a label by yourself. We DO NOT recommend using the Collection service which is unreliable sometimes. If you have to use the collection service, please make sure you PRINT THE RETURN LABEL and attach it to the package. The collection driver cannot scan the QR code.
6, Please make sure the original label was covered by the return label or the return will fail and the driver may bring it back to you.
7, Please retain the posting receipt for any problem.

If you have more than one item/order to return, please use the return instructions in the 'How to make a return' section and book for only one label and send them all back with the paperwork. If you ordered from our partner websites, like Debenhams, Boohoo, Oasis, etc, they may give you ask to book return for each item. Please do not do that as only one prepaid return label is allowed. If more than one label is booked for the same return, we will deduct £2.5 for each label used
For orders purchased from this website (order number starts with FSC), your return will be processed in 3 working days and the refund will reach your payment account in another 3 days
For orders purchased from other websites (order number starts with DUX, UK or in other formats), your return will be processed in 3 working days and the refund will reach your payment account in upto another 14 working days as per the websites' refund policies. Please contact relevant website for more details.
Please note in peak seasons or holiday seasons, our return prcessing time may be extended to 4-5 days.
Please do not chase if the refund is still within the above timeframes as we cannot speed up the normal process. But please do get in touch if it is very late and we will check it for you
As per return instructions in the 'How to make a return' section, it is most likely that the other old shipping labels on the package were not covered properly. Please cover or peel off the old label and send the parcel again via a local parcelshop

As stated in the return policy, we don't have return shipping service outside of the UK. You will need to send it back to us with local postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return postage. Please declare the parcel as Return to Sender with your post office and retain the posting receipt in case of any postal problem.
